Tapped Times Square Event to Fuel Trial

Our Strategy

  • Launched product and created consumer awareness via sponsorship and large-scale sampling at 11th annual Solstice in Times Square: Mind Over Madness Yoga on June 21, 2013 in Times Square, NYC
  • Thousands of yogis and health and fitness enthusiasts gathered to celebrate the longest day of the year, calm the mind “amidst the madness of modern life” and participate in an all day yoga festival
  • Location: Times Square, “The Crossroads of the World” receiving 370,000 – 500,000 pedestrians per day; yoga event and sponsor tents were in direct view of the busiest areas

Results

  • 16,000 pre-registered attendees, including yoga enthusiasts and fitness-minded individuals, participated in the event
  • 8,000 Bodylogix samples handed out
  • 18,000 coupons distributed on behalf of Bodylogix and its sister brands
  • 7 media placements
  • Live stream of the event and aired throughout the following week on TimesSquareNYC.org; included an interview with Shazad Bukhari, COO, The Winning Combination, Inc.
