Jim Tenny, Chief Strategy Officer, is an experienced marketing executive who has served Fortune 500 and middle market companies in planning, strategy, positioning, branding and market analysis. He began his career as a copywriter and brings a unique perspective to the creative process born out of respect for the big idea.
In his role at Pollock Communications, Jim’s vision is to focus on issues that client-side marketers identified as lacking in many current agency models:
- Strong selling ideas that drive proven business results
- Total integration under a single selling platform
- Accountability supported by hard metrics
Over his career he also has dedicated a significant portion of his time to pro bono work. This has included helping to establish the Coalition on Organ and Tissue Donation on behalf of the Ad Council, which was chosen as the Ad Council’s “Volunteer of the Year”. Currently, Jim sits on the board of the CJ First Candle Foundation dedicated to eliminating SIDS, and is on the Executive Leadership Council for Susan G. Komen Greater NYC.
